konsep dalam agama hindu : dalam kitab manawa dharma sastra wedha smrti , untuk orang yang berkasta sudra (kasta yang rendah) yang tidak dapat membaca kalimat persaksian :
hom suwastiasu hom awi knamastu ekam eva adityam brahman , untuk yang tidak dapat mengucapkan kalimat dalam bahasa sansekerta diatas bagaikan penggantinya hingga mereka cukup membikin tumpeng, wujudnya merupakan segitiga, segitiga yang dimaksut merupakan trimurti (shiva, vishnu, brahma=>brahman) maksudnya 3 perwujudan ida si hyang widhi wasa , umat hindu berkata barangsiapa yang membikin tumpeng hingga ia sudah beragama hindu.

3. pemberangkatan mayat diharuskan dipamitkan di depan rumah kemudian sebagian sanak keluarga hendak melalui di dasar tandu mayat (tradisi brobosan) , karna umat hindu meyakini brobosan bagaikan bentuk bakti pada orang tua dan juga salam pada dewa, dalam hindu mayat di tandu kemudian diatasnya diberi payung, pemberangkatan mayat memakai sebar/sawur bunga, uanglogam, beraskuning, dll, kemudian bunga di ronce (dirangkai dengan benang ) kemudian di taruh/dikalungkan di atas beranda mayat. hindu meyakini :
a. bunga corak putih memiliki kekokohan dewa brahma.
b. bunga corak merah memiliki kekokohan dewa wisnu.
c. bunga corak kuning memiliki kekokohan dewa siwa.
umat hindu berkeyakinan bunga itu berperan bagaikan pendorong do’a (muspha/trisandya) danpewangi.

4. ketupat
didalam hindu roh anak menjelang hari raya kembali kerumah, bagaikan penghormatan orang tua kepada anak, hingga lazimnya hindu sehabis hari raya di pasang kupat diatas pintu dan juga di bagi – bagikan orang sebelah.
persoalan ? apakah kamu ketahui dasarnya sehabis hariraya idulfitri terdapat hari raya kupatan/ketupat ? apa dasarnya? demi allah tidak terdapat satu dalilpun perintah allah dari al – qur’an dan juga as – sunnah tentang perbuatan tersebut diatas.
begitu allah berfirman: “mereka tidak lain cumalah menjajaki sangkaan – sangkaan, dan juga apa yang diingini oleh hawa nafsu mereka” (qs. an – najm: 23).
